Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site.  Please note that your use of our site constitutes your  agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.   We’ve done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the TesaBabeWholesale.com website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  Order Terms   By submitting an order to TesaBabeWholesale.com via email, phone, fax, EDI or through https://jooraccess.com/tesababe you agree to the following terms and conditions. Truffle Kids is not required to accept all submitted orders. Only orders submitted from approved accounts and approved by the account’s Sales Representative will be accepted. Should you have any questions concerning Terms of any of our policies, please contact us at wholesale@TesaBabe.com.   If you are purchasing Truffle Kids products with a credit card, you agree that, upon Truffle Kids acceptance of your order, Truffle Kids may charge your credit card for the full cost of your order plus shipping.  You further agree that risk of loss on products you order will shift to you upon Truffle Kids  delivery of those products to a carrier at Truffle Kids distribution  or fulfillment center, and that you will pay shipping costs from Truffle Kids distribution or fulfillment center to you. Payment terms can be granted by account or by order. Order submission confirms you agree to abide by your terms for payment on your order as it applies to payment due dates and payment method. Overdue accounts are subject to late payment charges of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%. Damage requests must be made within 10 calendar days of merchandise receipt to be considered for replacement or refund. Cancellations must be made within 10 calendar days of order submission in writing or via email. Cancellations made after 10 calendar days will not be honored. Agreed upon returns for damaged or incorrect merchandisewill only be accepted within 30 days of shipment date or original order.  Truffle Kids does not accept the return of correctly shipped, 1st quality merchandise.  Returns sent without previous approval will be refused. Bounced shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Noncompliance to these Terms can result in a hold on your account until resolution is achieved, with no new orders accepted or shipped and up to Truffle Kids terminating business with your account as an authorized seller of Tesa Babe goods.
